Winter Recipe Fried rice " Mutton BIRYANI"

Mutton Biryani is the most hygienic recipe for winter season.It's a yummy dish for blood freezing cold season It  Really provide energy for our body.Its a hot and spicy food.Lets start from the beginning how to prepare this recipe'
  • First Take two cup of rice.
  • Make chopped pieces of meat(250 gm) ,onion(2 piece),Garlic,tomato & capsicum mix  all of them nicely.
  •  After that make a pan frying pan hot put some oil in it as you like & put a bay leaf in it.
  • Then fry all of chopped ingredient until it gets little brownish.
  • After that add 2 cup of rice on it and fry it till it  gets brown,
  • Then add salt ,Chilli powder,coriander powder(1 1/2 tea spoon),cumin powder(1 tea spoon) as your taste.
  • After mixing all this ingredient add 3 1/2 cup of water in it Then cook it for 15 minute
THIS IS IT your recipe  is ready now!! you can serve it with Gravy vegetable or tomato aachar(sauce).
